The entrance door to the library faces east and is made of metal. For this reason, the material heats up very much in the sunshine and the contact in the closing mechanism no longer works properly as the metal warps easily.
Simple solution: When you are in the airlock, simply pull the entrance door slightly towards you. This restores the contact and you can enter the library as usual.

auch im aktuellen Sommersemester 2024 biete ich wieder meine Online-Zusatzveranstaltung "MZ-Tutorium Digitale Elektronik" im Studiengang MZ an. Dieses Tutorium soll ab sofort regelmäßig stattfinden: Donnerstags, 8.15 - 11.30 Uhr.
Gerne möchte ich Sie mit diesem Zusatzangebot intensiv auf die bevorstehende schriftliche Prüfung vorbereiten. Sie können hier Ihre Fragen zum Stoff der Vorlesung Digitale Elektronik stellen und wir können gemeinsam wichtige Aufgaben rechnen, besprechen und auf Verständnisschwierigkeiten eingehen.

Lerne, welche Pflanzen dir oder den Bienchen nützen, und nimm deine Kollektion mit nach Hause für deinen Balkon oder deine Fensterbank. Es wird alles gestellt, aber eigene Töpfe und Schaufel dürfen gerne mitgebracht werden.
Das ganze bedarf einer Anmeldung bis zum 15.5 und kostet für Studis 5€, für Mitarbeitende 10€.

Sehr geehrte Studentinnen und Studenten,
auch im aktuellen Sommersemester 2024 biete ich wieder eine Online-Zusatzveranstaltung"TM-Tutorium Elektrotechnik" im Studiengang TM an. Dieses Tutorium soll ab sofort regelmäßig stattfinden: Montags, 8.15 - 11.30 Uhr.
Gerne möchte ich Sie (bei Bedarf) mit diesem Zusatzangebot intensiv auf die bevorstehende schriftliche Prüfung vorbereiten. Sie können hier Ihre Fragen zum Stoff der Vorlesung Elektrotechnik (TM) stellen und wir können gemeinsam wichtige Aufgaben rechnen, besprechen und auf Verständnisschwierigkeiten eingehen.
Bei ernsthaftem Interesse an diesem Online-Tutorium schreiben Sie sich bitte kurzfristig selbst in den Moodle-Kurs "TM-Tutorium Elektrotechnik" ein. Bitte informieren Sie auch andere TM-Studierende über dieses Angebot - Dankeschön.

The "City Biking" campaign is taking place again this year in Amberg and Weiden. The campaign period is May 3-23. All university members can take part at their respective location (Amberg or Weiden).
The nationwide campaign "Stadtradeln" is taking place again this year. The campaign period in Amberg and in Weiden is May 3 to 23 this year. Teams have been set up again at both locations for which you can collect kilometers and do something for the climate at the same time.
This is how it works:
1. Register at www.stadtradeln.de (or reactivate your account from the previous year if you have already taken part)
2. Select your municipality (Amberg or Weiden, depending on where you study)
2. select "Einem bestehenden Team beitreten" ("Join an existing team") and then either "OTH Amberg" or "OTH Weiden" (depending on your study location)
